How to Enrol On-Line
1. You should receive a welcome email from TUGUN WATERPOLO, that details your user name and password. If you have not received this email by Thursday 1st September, please send us an email on tugunwaterpolo@hotmail.com, giving the players name and date of birth and we can send it out to you.
2. Log on to QWPI Sportingpulse Registration Site
3. Enter in your unique user name and password. If you have trouble accessing the system, please contact QWPI on 3367 1661
4. Complete the online registration
5. If you need a Club T-Shirt (same shirt as 2010) or the new Agon GREEN swimmers, please tick the relevant box
6. Print off the registration confirmation with details of your total owed.
And then there is payment...
Once registration has been confirmed, payment must be made within 7 days. Payment can be made via:
1. EFT – Direct deposit into our CBA bank account

NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE SURNAME AND FIRST NAMES OF PLAYER AS PAYMENT REFERENCE IF DIRECT DEPOSITNG FUNDS
2. Cash on sign on day 3 Sep, 1pm to 3pm Yeronga OR 17 Sep , 1pm to 3pm Musgrave Park
3. Credit Card only available on sign on day 3rd Sep, Yeronga NOT at Musgrave Park. Payment with credit card will attract a 1.5% surcharge.
4. Cheques made out to Tugun Water Polo Inc, and sent to PO Box 5083, West End 4101
If you do not have internet access at home laptops will be available at the sign on days at the pool.
What happens next....
Once you have registered online and made payment, we then can sort players into teams. At some point, we may need to close registration for different age groups so keep a eye on the website www.barracudaswp.com.au. By the end of September, you will receive notification, either by email or phone, as to what team you are in and what the training times will be.
Collecting Gear and Merchandies
Your merchandise can be collected from MUSGRAVE PARK on the following dates: Thursday 6th October from 4-6pm and Saturday 8th October from 7.30am-10am. Note that swimmers will not be available on sign on days, but we will have sizes available to try on.
