Club Executive
The Barracudas Water Polo Club is a non-profit Community Sporting Organisation. The Club is incoprated as Tugun Water Polo Inc and Brisbane Barracudas Water Polo.
The Club is managed by a group of elected volunteers including an Executive Committee of officer bearers as well as Non-Executive Committee members who see to the operations and management of the Club and the Club's National League teams. Members of the Committee are registered members of the Club. The Club holds an Annual General Meetings to which all registered Club members are invited and encouraged to attend.
In June 2010, the Barracudas prepared a visionary Strategic Plan for the next three years to take the Club into its 50th Season. The Club Committee has embraced the Strategic Plan and have organised the structure of the Committee for the 2010-11 season to ensure that all the Key Results Areas are addressed in a proactive way.
This season the Club and its management have a new structure with new roles that have been informed by the Strategic Plan.
