Details are below – it takes a couple of hours all up and you need to be over 14
Step 1 – If you are not already registered as a player or club member – Register with Barras as a Parent ($0.00 Cost)

Step 2 – Receive email confirming Registration (you need details for next Step)
Step 3 – Go to WPA “Learning Pool” and select Member Access

Step 4 – Go to Training Library > Administrator Courses > Competition Official
Can be done in a few hours.
Step 5 – Once Couse is Complete, Provide Blue Card Details to WPQ
