The Barracudas Water Polo Club is a not-for-profit Community Sporting Organisation. The Club has two incorporated entities:
- Barracudas Water Polo Club Inc (formerly Tugun Water Polo Club Inc) whose membership includes both the junior and senior athletes and their families; and
- Brisbane Barracudas Waterpolo Inc who represent the Brisbane Barracudas Men’s and Women’s Teams in the National Water Polo League.
The Barracudas Water Polo Club is managed by a group of elected volunteers including a Management Committee (Voting rights) and a General Committee (non voting) members who see to the operations and management of the Club. Members of the Committee are registered members of the Club.
The Brisbane Barracudas National League is managed by a group of elected Volunteers who oversee the coordination of all aspects of the program. The Club holds an Annual General Meeting for each to which all registered Club members are invited and encouraged to attend.
The committee meets on the 3rd Sunday of the month. The committee is notified of the venue prior to the meeting.
